About

Good day! I’m Shigure (she/her), writer, illustrator, and eternal lover of stories. I created this blog to have all my stuff in one place, and to release blog posts that exceed the bitesized thoughts I like to haul onto the interweb.

Expect posts about writing, drawing, and indie media I want to shine my spotlight on.

My works so far

In August of 2024 I released my first (free) short story called The Water’s Many Faces, a medieval fantasy story about forgiveness, guilt, remembering, and what meeting a hot naked guy at a lake does to a man.

In June of 2026, after a long eight years of work, I finally released my full-length novel Reflections of a Gray Prince, likewise a medieval fantasy story with dark themes. It’s tackling topics such as parental neglect, sexual suppression, and how a rigid society can shape a young man into a true menace.
